Refund & Cancellation Policy

1:1 Tutoring Sessions

• Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or for not attending a scheduled session.
• You may reschedule a session once, free of charge, with at least 12 hours’ notice.
• If a session can’t be delivered for a reason on our end (e.g. Lamhi is unavailable), you’ll receive a full refund or a free rescheduled session, your choice.

Cohort Courses

• Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the cohort’s start date.
• No refund once the cohort has started, since seats are limited and reserved in advance for a small batch.
• If a cohort is cancelled or postponed on our end before it starts, you’ll receive a full refund.

JEE Mains Physics Test Series

• Full refund if requested before your first test has been delivered.
• No refund once the first test has been sent, since this is a digital product delivered test by test.
• If delivery of the series is delayed or discontinued on our end, you’ll receive a full or prorated refund for the tests not yet delivered.

How to request a refund

Email hello@physicsbylamhi.com or message on WhatsApp with your name and the email used for payment. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
